Is there a part you wished existed, but nobody makes?

This is not related to parts of cars or bikes But if something I wish existed, I would want a universal anti viral which works similar to antibiotics except its used to cure viruses

Unfortunately my skills as a machinist doesn't pair with virology as well as that. I can make VERY small parts, but that's a little TOO small.
